4. Photos, Documents, and Uploaded Content

HomeFacts Pro may allow users to upload photos, documents, reports, invoices, receipts, warranties, manuals, inspection information, contractor notes, repair photos, insurance documentation, and other property-related content.


Uploaded content is used to help users organize and maintain a digital history of a property. Users should avoid uploading sensitive personal documents unless necessary for their own recordkeeping.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, or share any content you add to HomeFacts Pro.


5. Camera and Photo Access

HomeFacts Pro may request access to your device camera or photo library when you choose to upload property photos, scan appliance or system data plates, attach images to service records, document repairs, or add photos to a property profile.


Camera and photo access is only used when you choose to use these features. You may control camera and photo permissions through your device settings.


6. AI Data Plate Scanner and Automated Features

HomeFacts Pro may include tools that allow users to scan appliance or system data plates. These tools may attempt to identify and auto-fill information such as brand, model number, serial number, manufacture date, estimated age, equipment type, expected lifespan, or warranty-related information.


Automated results may not always be accurate. Users should verify all information before relying on it for repair, warranty, safety, insurance, or replacement decisions.

HomeFacts Pro is not responsible for how a recipient uses information after a user chooses to share it.

If HomeFacts Pro offers paid features, subscriptions, professional accounts, or services, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor.


HomeFacts Pro does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. Payment processors may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
